Gluten Free Pizza Muffins -Suitable for BLW

Although we have now started to introduce gluten in to Annie’s diet, at the moment she is only having one gluten meal a day.  She’s still loving her lunch time gluten free muffins in her lunch box and gets really giddy every time she sees it come out of the baby bag.  I made these in my new silicone tray at the weekend. Although it … Continue reading Gluten Free Pizza Muffins -Suitable for BLW

Nice and Easy Spaghetti Bolognese- Gluten Free

This is a staple recipe of mine that has been handed down by my late mother. It’s a firm favourite of all the members of my family including my kids. You really can’t do baby led weaning without a portion of spaghetti bolognese, I recommend running the bath before hand and stripping you baby to a nappy and vest before beginning. The main reasons we … Continue reading Nice and Easy Spaghetti Bolognese- Gluten Free

Annie’s Weaning Gluten Trial

Two set backs already without even trying any actual gluten yet. As if by magic Annabelle woke up on Monday morning full of snot, although she appears fine in herself no temperature or grumps. I hoping I can still introduce gluten on Saturday as planned but I will have to see how she is. Gluten Free No Puff Pastry No Problem Pinwheels – red pepper and cheese.

I know Just Roll sell gluten free puff pastry in branches of Tesco and Asda but I can’t for the life of me find any in my local branches and I’ve visited loads of them. I think I’ll have more luck sourcing a real life breathing unicorn for my daughters first birthday than finding Just Roll’s gluten free ready to roll puff pastry.  Normally when … Continue reading Gluten Free No Puff Pastry No Problem Pinwheels – red pepper and cheese.

Gluten Free Carrot, Tomato and Parsley Muffins-Suitable for Baby Led Weaning

These are my favourite muffins to bake the smell in my kitchen when these are in the oven is fantastic. Morrisons at Guiseley Leeds

Yesterday we drove the 50 minutes to to recently refurbished Morrisons store in Guiseley Leeds.  The store boosts a brilliant free from section, which has a counter for salads and pizzas. Which can be made to order, like in  normal supermarkets for normal pizzas. Next to this counter is the free from shelves then the free from chiller and the free from freezer. It’s great … Continue reading Morrisons at Guiseley Leeds
